Apprenticeships
We deliver Apprenticeships from the age 16 years through to Adult Apprenticeships with no upper age limit.
What is an Apprenticeship and how do I get one?
An Apprenticeship is a framework of qualifications that includes a QCF NVQ or Diploma and Functional Skills in English and Mathematics. An Intermediate Apprenticeship is equivalent to 5x GCSE’s A-C and an Advanced Apprenticeship is equivalent to 2x A-Levels. If you’re aged 19 or over, you’ll need to be employed in a role that supports your chosen Apprenticeship to start. Apprenticeships can be either fully-funded or co-funded, please contact us to check your eligibility for funding.
We currently offer the following Apprenticeship frameworks to those aged 19 or over:
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- IT Application Specialist
- Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Education and Training
